First and foremost, I'm pleased to hear you're OK (ish). As Si says, cars are just nuts 'n' bolts.

I haven't got a manual no.
I recently did the other option for someone.
Have a look at the end piece, you will see a very small roll pin keeps it on, remove that and the broken piece will come off. ...

Not available as a seperate part from Audi.
You have two choices;

1/ Buy a new barrel/lock.
2/ Find a one from a scrap car.

Once you have the new one, you can remove the broken end piece by re ...
