Are the headlights poor on all ur quattros.Both of mine seem to have poor lights even though the reflectors are in good condition.My sierra estate that i use (and abuse) for work has got much better lights,even on dip!

Usually poor lenses or wiring deficiencies. I had to replace a lens on my Coupe quattro for the MOT with a spare I had lying around. Made a massive difference.

BRM used to make a loom with relays to improve the lighting. Not sure if they're still around.

loom was usually for early ur/gts with small square lights, cibies were better but not much-bit crap for night driving at speed, add some oscars to it, easier and gives a big diference.
