17mm? All you need is a 10mm spanner and a 5mm allen key Wink

He must have been watching my mechanic...

There was lanky dude on here who went to some hassle to get his seat to go down an extra couple of clicks. Couldnt find the thread though.

Is your seat all the way back and do you have the seat reclined far back? I'm 6'4" and have the seat all the way down, the seat virtually bolt upright and the seat 3 clicks forward from fully back - I think the comfort factor is in the seats being soft and poorly bolstered, but also how your back is positioned. I've bought a CG lock to stop me from submarining and I've just done my frist 300 mile trip with it and it worked well! If you can't get them to go lower, you can buy my grey Ur S4 bucket seats off me and experience real comfort!!
Very Happy

I found when I had my 80 you find yourself sitting 'on' the seats rather than 'in' them

Intersting, is the seat different or the subframe?

Just the complete seats - fitted to the existing runners no bother.

Coupe seats are more sporty and offer better control and comfort

ok, i just assumed the coupe seats were essentialy the same as the 80/90 ones but folded, ie you got normal and then varying degrees of support from sport seats or the lusted after recaros.

you get different 80 and 90 seats- quattro ones you tend to sit IN rather than ON, if that makes sense?

im not too sure if the seats in mine are std, they are like really buckety if tht makes sence lol, but even so the side bolsters are really uncomfortable because of how high im sitting, i think g-mo has seen my seats and may have an idea on which ones they are
