Broken thread on oil release bolt. :(

The previous owner was a reaaaallly good one I guess.
Some veeery clever guy who changed the oil last time overtightened the bolt fo the oil release. So it just sins around but not coming out. Its not leaking but not coming out at all. Even I tried to support it with a flat headed spanner.
So the only way I can see is to undo the whole oil tank (sump) and take it off pour oil out drill out the bolt, make new thread and put new bolt in.
It is very messi job. and not sure how and where is the oil pump located at. If anybody has any suggestion how to get the oil out I would be thankfull. also any manuals maybe with pictures how to get that bloody thing off? Is it coming off easy? Or should I just buy a new one wit a new oil sensor+ gasket?

UPDATE!!!

I see not much happened here. Well, i just ordered a oil extraction pump and i will get out the oil this way. Sorted.
