1st Audi ever - problems after 2 weeks - Error code help

Bought a 2005 Audi A4 2.0 petrol auto s-line 2 weeks ago for a very good price of £3500 with 87k on the clock, just passed its MOT & had all service history included done by Audi themselves

Been running like a dream until yesterday on my way home from Wales on the motorway it suddenly started to slow down & jerk, the power/revs would not let me go over 30 without it sounding like it was going to blow up

Stumbled off the motorway & pulled into a car park. What was happening the PRNDS was flashing on the dashboard which im guessing was limp mode but no other lights were on apart from the airbag which has been on for a week before.

Got the AA out who plugged it into his computer & it came up with 5 error codes which are: P1793 P0722 P0703 P0730 P0716

The AA wiped these codes & when I started the engine the PRNDS was not flashing anymore & the car worked & drove like normal and got me home

Now because I dont know much about cars im wondering any idea what it might be? Without having to pay for a further diagnostics could this just be a error code fault or something more serious? I work over 30 miles from home & dont know wether to drive it or take public transport which takes hours

sounds like classic gearbox trouble.
