Hello from the home of Alan Partridge Smile

I've just bought a 2002 S8 to replace my 2002 A4 Quattro Sport (3.0 6 speed).

I've read various horror stories about the gearboxes being made of chocolate, and I know the cam belt change is an involved job, but hopefully with a bit of advice from this site I can keep it in good working order.

Are there any good resources or checklists of dos and don'ts for S8s?
