Hi all, no matter what direction I set the heater controls to on my 1998 2.6 it always come out on my feet as well. Is this normal?

No its not normal, sounds like the control knob or cable is broken.

take the heater control panel out. i expect the pin/roller has come out of its track. Caused because of a partially seized cable.
If you need parts ive got loads.
