How easy would it be to syphon petrol from my 2.0 B4? I have about 60 quids worth in the tank and the car is going to be scrapped.

I disconnected the fuel pipe in the engine bay and put a hosepipe on the end and into my other cars fuel filler, lifted out the rear seat base, cut the fuel pump wires and connected to a battery. It didn't take too long to empty the tank.

Are you scrapping the car complete or are you open to offers on parts?

The car is going to be broken so let us know what you might need and I'll see if I have it on the car mate.

Looking for a rear bumper, with centre and side fixings, front bumper centre grill and front seats, if sports and black.

Thanks, Alan

The front is a mess so that's out of the question! The rear bumper is busted too but I have the black front seats which are in good condition, no fag burns or saggy bolsters - can send pictures, PM me your email address. Drivers side is height adjustable but the passenger is just back and forth (lighter subframe design). Can you collect from Manchester at all?

Whereabouts in Cov are you Alan?

There is a load of guys coming down from Warrington on Sunday to go to the show at Stanford Hall and could leave the stuff with me in Rugby if you want to collect from here?

Dan is that something you could arrange with Eric and the boys?
