Let's see if anyone here can help, as the audi dealership sure seems incapable! Having had the air con fixed on my '08 A4 avant, the airflow through the vents now increases the faster the car goes (this is with the air con off). So when I have the fan on its lowest setting for example, the airflow just gets faster and louder at speed! Close the vents and you can hear it trying to burst through.

Dealership refusing to acknowledge, or understand, the problem so I'm hoping someone can suggest a possible problem??

Many thanks -

that sounds like the flap that controls the air intake is disconnected, take your glove box out and check the actuator movement that lets the air through..once you put it in the closed position,it should be locked off,did the people fixing your a/c tamper with it?? if not ,it can only be that,,,good luck..
