Can Anyone tell me where i can find a hardtop for my 1995 cabrio? preferably one that doesnt cost one of my kidneys. i cant find anywhere that does one apart from a company in germany but they were very expensive. you can reach me at richiegold@hotmail.com. many thanks..

they usually go for around £1400 second hand so i'm very doubtful you'll find anything cheaper than £1000 even in the summer.

if you are however still going to buy one, the summer is the best time as once the winter kicks in everyone desperately HAS to have one apparently ... personally it would be nice but to much hassle the way the weather is here

I hunted high and low for mine........there seems to be quite a few that appear in Germany.....try eBay - do a search "available to the UK" not just in the UK, quite a few appear and you will save enough money to pay for the ferry.

I was all prepared to catch the ferry (I live in Hull) and then drive across Holland, taking in Amsterdam of course, and on to Germany, stick it on and drive home, but then one appeared in London for £1k.....please but please avoid the aftermarket hardtops, Genuine Audi ones do appear, and they are worth the extra money.

methinks a driving holiday to Germany is the answer Very Happy
