Hi,
New boy siging in! Hopefully I shall be picking up my first Audi tomorrow.

She is an 1994 2.0 100E Auto.

Below are some pics I took with my camera phone (hence poor quality)

(I took the pictures in the Valet Companies yard)

As far as I can tell the only addition is Air Con the rest is standard. She has 153000 miles. Originally a company car then one private owner since 1997. HPI is clear and tallys with the V5. All the MOT's since the first one are present but no manuals, handbooks or service books.

Current Faults:
I'm buying from a Dealer for very little money (cost me less than my 89 MKII Golf I bought last year) from my viewing I have listed the following faults:
Autocheck displays lines instead of correct images. (did a search on here for info)
Minor dents (shopping trolley knocks etc)
Air Con doesnt seem that cold (maybe a re-gas is required?)
Original Radio doesnt work.
Any advice chaps?

Good points:
Starts with no problems (No smoke, no tapping etc)
Very smooth through the rev range.
Steady idle
Autobox engages smoothly.

So, first point of call will be a service. Any recommendations for an independant Audi service in London?

Can anyone advise where I can get a handbook for her? Or at least web links with an online manual or similar?

The only specs I can find are for the US market 100E, any links for the UK model (e.g brake disc specs, engine output etc)

Think thats it! Smile
Hopefully I shall be able to report on the journey home and any other issues I may notice. I'll try and get some better pics also Very Happy

Thanks,
Trev

you want to know why the air con is not cold?? that's because your's hasn't got one according to your pics!!!
how much are you paying?!
to me it would be worth about 500-700 tops considering your discription and the fact it's "only" a 2litre high miler with some annoying niggles.
auto on high miles are a potential problem as well. be sure it's ok!

My mistake, I thought the button with the "snowflake" icon was for the Air Con!
