I need a new driveshaft for the passenger side of my 80 Coupé ('1983). But I don't really know where to look.

is it 2wd or a quattro? if 2wd try scrapyard usually in plentifull supply there, if quattro there usually harder to find in scrappys.

you definatly need a full shaft or just a cv joint? if just cv joint try pete reeve @ quattro corner he has always helped me in the past Wink

I think it's just a CV joint but the mechanic told me to just find a driveshaft because it'll be easier....

Thanks for the help!

it would be easier to jst swap a shaft but if you cant get another shaft its not really much more work to put a cv joint on especially as the hard work is getting the shaft on and off Wink

is it 2wd or quattro?
