1995 B4 Audi 80 1.9 TDI Rear Speaker Sizes...

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. I have done a search and don't seem to be able to find the info I am looking for.

I have recently bought a 1995 B4 Audi 80 TDI Saloon and I must say it is a great car. It is fitted with an aftermarket Blaupunkt Lusanne CD head unit and it appears that all but one of the tweeters/speakers in the rear doors have failed. I have been led to believe that this is a common problem with the OE speakers. The dash speakers in the front work just fine. I am looking to replace the rear speakers, but want to retain the original grilles for the stock look. Can anyone please advise me as to what size of speaker and tweeter will fit in the original holes and under the original grilles.
