Can someone please look into why i cant log onto my account - dangerousd1.

When i try to log in i get this message - Sorry, no corresponding user info was found

I have been through the lost password process and deleted the cookies with no success, I had the new confirmation code come through and temporary password and the message is the same.
Now logging on here with a new account i can see my last post on my normal account.. whats happening?

best thing is to msg Jase or Andy (both are busy thought so not sure how quickly you'll get a reply) Daryl, only they have access to the admin portions to look at that.

only just seen this... account isn't showing anything or any issues?

I've gone through both the admin and security system; nothing showing as blocked or anything? Send me a PM with your choice of password (which you should be able to change once logged back in) and I'll see what I can do....

ignore above post; try it now. In the forums admin the account was set as "inactive" for some reason- I've changed that (but it didn't show it in user admin or Sentinel part)- we've had this glitch on accounts in the past- no idea as to when/ why- they do appear totally random at times (I think it's done it to one of the mods before as well)
