Rear washer question for A6 Avant owners

1996 A6 2.5TDi quattro Avant

Does your rear windscreen washer point drectly up, or rotate with the wiper? Mine used to point straight up, but has recently started rotating with the wiper.

I'm trying to work out whether it was originally seized and has freed up, or was functioning normally and is now failing...

Anyone?

mine kinda points off to the right a bit Embarassed

Doesn't rotate with the wiper though.

If yours does, is it actually any better at cleaning the screen? If so I may prod mine when it warms up a bit out there..

No - it's better when it points straight up. I'd better have a look and see why it has started turning, I suppose...
