I use the Gunson kit. For occasional use they are fine. They use the spare tyre to pressurise the system. Cheap from Halfords. They have different caps to fit most master cylinders.

The standard ET is 37 mm. Anything close to this will do. Use the car bibles calculator to work out what ET you need.
