should do. Jas ran "sooty" on veg oil for a bit- think he was a maximum 60:40 ratio (Diesel:vegetable oil)

yes cheaper veg oil is about 50 to 60pence per litre as apposed to 107p per litre of diesel

As far as i know there are varying degrees of quality oils you can use i have heard that rapeseed oil is meant to be the cleanest and best to use butany further info would be great Very Happy

suppose it would depend on how many miles you're doing in it and whatnot but is it actually all that much cheaper?

read somewhere recently that you get less mileage from the biofuel, about 30% less, so when thats taken into account, not all that much of a difference

of course if you know someone who has a fish and chip shop you can get your oil for much cheapness, if your prepared to have bits of batter and crispy chip ends in it Very Happy
