Had this for about 4 months now. I had a holiday in Cornwall booked and the wife said it would be nice to go in a cabriolet again (had one before) so the search started!. Took about a month to find this..

Its a late (in the last 6 months of production Audi told me) 1.8 20v cabriolet. When i viewed car it had a tiny knocking on the front somewhere so i stripped it all down and checked it over before the holiday. I ended up fitting...

Both front arms
Balljoints
Both droplinks
Antiroll bar bushes
Front pads

Then i put it through an MOT which it passed, i also changed the rear gearbox mount with a genuine Audi one as it had gone weak.

Just before going I then had a panic attack about the cambelt so I then changed the belt and rollers, waterpump, thermostat and antifreeze lol

nice! what colour is it? see many different hues in the photos...! (some sort of metallic?)

Its metallic black, dont see many this colour
